Community Impact isn't a single squadron — it's the lens over all seven: we measure success by the lives we touch and the community we strengthen. "Students build brands that strengthen communities." Whatever squadron you specialize in, the work exists to serve a real client — right now that's Slippers for Stories ("Warm Feet. Bright Futures.").
Choosing your department
Explore all seven, then rank them. Fourteen questions, about six minutes — you put the
seven in your own order and request an assignment. Each department holds a limited number of
seats, so if your first choice is full the Director works down your list.
